Since you can't run, due to injury and weather, you could try a yoga video. Find one that's low impact (for whatever your injury is) - It'll keep you moving, and perhaps even help heal the injury sooner with the rehabilitative properties certain yoga types possess.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
