Discovery of the day: Oops, did it again
OK, I lost Thursday. But this time I have a reason. Let's just say that there are still cookies in the house. This is extremely unusual and will illustrate exactly how 'not myself' I am feeling this week.
I'm taking a few days off to extend the Labor Day weekend so I probably won't be posting until next Weds. or Thurs. I should have lots to share by then --- I know you can't wait!

Why are we here?
I'm Liz T., and it's all about what I put in my face.
In early 2008 I waded into flexitarianism (less than 10% of calories from animal protein.) My initial focus was to find mostly whole food recipes I could have on the table in 45 minutes that my son would eat. That's slowly expanded into discovering what else I can make from scratch, limited only by my short attention span and day job.
Oh yeah, and in the meantime, I'm still trying to climb off the twenty-pound roller coaster.
